Our Terms & conditions page contains the general terms and conditions, applied to the business relation of Georock Desing LTD, referred to henceforth as “we”, “us”, “the trader”, “the seller”, “our company”, as well as our brand name – “Cosmetic Machines”, and the person or organization purchasing from our website, referred to henceforth, as “customer”, “client”, “buyer” or just “you”.
Reading and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, as well as their appendages – the Return Policy and Shipping & Delivery terms is required, prior to making a purchase.
Client Information
As a client of cosmeticmachines.com, you are responsible with providing the accurate and full information that is necessary for the appropriate processing and fulfillment of the order. Such information includes, but is not limited to full name, billing address, delivery address, email, phone number and, if applicable, company information and VAT number.
Should you subsequently change the information initially provided, we might need to extend the time to process the order with up to 24 hours.
Stock and Item Availability
Not all items listed as “in stock” on our website are immediately available for shipping from our warehouse. The term “in stock” used on the product pages includes both items in stock at our warehouse and such which are not available in our warehouse but can be backordered from one of our supplies. We will additionally inform customers about items availability and any possible delays as a result of having to backorder an item. Customers will be notified of any delays resulting from having to order an item from an external storage or supplier.
Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel an order at any moment after initially making it, but not after the item has already been sent. In case the item has already been sent – please refer to the Return Policy for detailed information.
Prices
All prices listed on the website are in EURO and do not include any additional fees, shipping expenses or taxes (such as VAT).
VAT
VAT is a special consumer tax applicable to customers from the EU (European Union). It is not applicable to customers from outside the EU. However, any import duties, taxes and fees related to the purchase and delivery of an item from us, are the responsibility of the customer (as well as knowing about such).
Customers from the EU will not be charged with VAT is they provide a valid VAT number. Such may include companies, non-profit organizations and people. The VAT check is automated on the checkout step of your purchase – simply submit your number.
Customers from the EU who are not VAT exempt and/or cannot provide a valid VAT number will have the VAT tax added to the final value of their order, as per the local rates of their country. Accepted Payment Methods
You can pay for an order you’ve made on our website using a credit or debit card or a bank transfer. Please take note, that the payment must be completed before the items is sent to you. While card payments are generally instant, delays are sometimes possible. Bank transfers take several days depending on the bank you are using and the country you are located in, normally no more than one five workdays (this time frame is only an estimate). Any transfer fees and conversion differences are the responsibility of the customer.
We guarantee your personal information is well protected when you pay with your card and we do not have any access to the card information, which is safely processed by our checkout service using an encrypted channel.
Protection includes an anti-fraud system and should a suspicious transaction be detected, we might require you to provide additional information and verification documents, before we clear the payment and resume processing your order.
Refund Policy
The method of refund is dependent on the method of payment used by the customer. If you paid using a debit or credit card, a chargeback will be issued to your card. Bank transfers payments will be refunded with a bank transfer payment to your bank account, but any involved fees will be deducted. Shipping expenses for items that were returned are non-refundable. This does not include items which have not yet been sent, which unless involving unforeseen expenses made by us, involving the order, will be refunded in full.
Refunds can be requested at any moment prior to us shipping out the item or only after it has been successfully returned to us (refer to the Return Policy page). Refunds may take up to a month to appear on your bank or card statement. Please contact your bank or card issuer for further inquiries if the money does not appear in your statement beyond that period.

The definition we accept for such losses includes, but is no way limited to: loss of business opportunities, loss of client interest, loss of goodwill, loss of profit, as well as other indirect forms of loss which can be constituted as “damages”. Such “damages” will not be the responsibility of our company and are not viable for compensation by us.
Our liability will only be limited to the amount that the customer has paid for their purchase. Thus we will not pay any amount greater than the total amount of your order’s final value, regardless of the liability in question, which may include but is not limited to, product liability, strict liability, ordinary and gross negligence and others.
Warranty
Certain items offered on our website come with a warranty. The existence and duration of such will be explicitly stated on the item page. The customers buying a product with a warranty will receive one either inside the package of their purchase or in an electronic format at their email.
The duration and conditions of each warranty differ based on the item. In the case of difference between the Terms & Conditions and the Return Policy of our website with the warranty, the warranty will take precedent.
